These can be critical to people dealing with sickness. The problem is that people forget it can be dangerous because it is an over-the-counter product. Other problems develop from alcohol use or use with other medications that can harm the liver or also contain acetaminophen. Only in the last few years have substancial efforts been made to educate the mass public about the possibility of overdosing. There are many variables that influence both sides of the issue, as you can see. The more we can get the word out, the safer we can make everyone! The FDA is constantly reviewing this subject and many studies still ask these same questions.
